A Beautiful Grace
Poetry and the like, by Amy Opal Marshall
Saturday, 8 October 2016
Morning
See a sphere of fire ascend,
push back the world's dark blanket -
Souls rise and thaw -
Liquid diamonds receiving unshod feet
across the holy green.

"The unfolding of Your words gives light." -Psalm 119.130
By Amy Marshall. Oil on wood. 10.10.11
About Me
Amy
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I love writing poetry, in part because it is an excellent medium for the work of theology. Poetry also provides the freedom to express moments and feelings in my life for which there is no space in prose.
